About
Herts Pulse Summary — super-powered by AIAscend Gym is at Unit 6 Senate Place in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, and it’s set up with wheelchair access. It’s the kind of gym where the first impression matters: people mention a friendly greeting on arrival, which helps take the edge off if training spaces usually feel a bit intimidating. Inside, expect a wide choice of classes alongside a combat area, with instructors and coaches described as experienced and knowledgeable. The emphasis seems to be on support as much as effort, with staff and coaches taking time to help people improve, whatever their starting point. That mix of class variety and hands-on guidance gives Ascend a clear focus for anyone looking for more than just equipment and floor space.
