Conscious | Speciality Coffee Roasters

In Welwyn Garden City, Conscious | Speciality Coffee Roasters is the café regulars use for carefully roasted coffee and beans to take home. It’s set up around coffee first: customers mention beans roasted on site, with staff who know their product and can help with choosing. That makes it a useful stop if you want something specific rather than a generic cup. The appeal is in the detail. People talk about bright, distinctive brews such as Ethiopian natural and Colombian natural coffees, alongside the care that goes into the pack-up and presentation. If you’re looking for a place at 7 West Burrowfield where the emphasis is on the coffee itself, this is one to have on your list.
